NextTour ("we", "us", "our") operates the nexttours.pt website and booking platform for private TukTuk tours in Lisbon, Portugal. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you use the Service, we may collect:

• Contact details you provide when booking, such as name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking details, including tour selection, date, party size, and any special requests.
• Payment information, processed securely by our third-party payment provider — we do not store full card details on our own servers.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics/advertising pixels (e.g. Meta Pixel).

We use personal data to:

• Process and confirm bookings, and communicate with you about your tour.
• Share necessary booking details (name, party size, pickup time) with the Guide operating your tour.
• Respond to customer support inquiries.
• Improve the Service and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns.
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (to fulfill your booking), legitimate interest (to improve and secure the Service, and for marketing measurement), consent (for optional cookies and marketing communications), and legal obligation (e.g. tax and accounting records).

We share data only where necessary: with the independent Guide fulfilling your tour, with our payment processor to complete transactions, and with analytics or advertising providers (such as Meta) to measure and improve marketing performance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your language preference, keep the booking flow working correctly, and measure marketing performance through tools like the Meta Pixel. The Service also embeds a TripAdvisor widget that links to our TripAdvisor listing; loading it may set cookies controlled by TripAdvisor under its own privacy policy. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

We retain booking and payment records for as long as required by Portuguese tax and accounting law. Marketing and analytics data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
