Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NextTour website and booking platform (the "Service"), operated in Lisbon, Portugal. NextTour connects travelers directly with licensed, independent local TukTuk guides ("Guides") operating in and around Lisbon. By accessing the Service or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When you book a tour through NextTour, you enter into a direct arrangement for the tour experience described at checkout. Prices are shown in euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at the time of booking through our third-party payment provider. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated on the tour listing, bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

All Guides featured on NextTour are independently vetted for a valid Lisbon tourism operating license and passenger insurance before being listed. Guides are independent operators and not employees of NextTour. NextTour facilitates the booking and payment process but is not a party to the tour itself.

Please arrive at the agreed pickup point on time. Tours may be adapted or delayed due to weather, traffic, or safety conditions at the Guide's discretion. Travelers are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions given by the Guide during the tour and to treat Guides and other travelers with respect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextTour is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from a tour, as tours are provided by independently insured Guides. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Portuguese or EU consumer protection law.

The Service does not host traveler reviews. We link to our TripAdvisor listing, where travelers may publish reviews of their tour. Those reviews are collected, moderated, and displayed by TripAdvisor under its own terms and content policies, and NextTour has no control over them.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
